Vista support added in 2.6.3

We have released RQM 2.6.3 (available from the downloads page). The full installation file will now install successfully on Windows Vista.

If are running a previous version of RQM, we recommend that you update to 2.6.3 at this time. There are numerous small enhancements and fixes included in this version.
